Puppy Paw-School . . .

Country Pride is proud to announce the beginning of our new training program, “Puppy Paw-School.”

We are offering (2) Paw-School Programs.

1) 2-Week program beginning at six weeks old. Your puppy will be removed from his/her litter mates, beginning gradually until he/she is away from them totally by pick-up. He/she will be introduced to a crate at night, leash trained, taught to navigate stairs and basic commands, such as sit, stay, etc. The price of this program is $300.00 payable at initiation of program.

 
2) 4-Week program beginning at 6 weeks old. Your puppy will be removed from his/her litter mates, beginning gradually until he/she is away from them totally. He/she will be introduced to a crate at night, taken outside to potty, leash trained, mastering stairs, taught name recognition, bite inhibition, coming when called, and jumping inhibition. Your puppy will also be introduced to basic commands such as Sit, Stay, Stand, Stop, Off, Give, Down and Come. He/she will also be put on a specific feeding routine according to the schedules of the adoptive families. Price of this program is $500.00 payable at program initiation. The price includes any additional wormings and vaccinations your puppy may need during the training period.

The above Paw-School fees are in addition to puppy adoption price.

Country Pride uses positive training methods, using treats when puppy accomplishes a task, etc. We do not use physical methods of discouragement. Remembering your puppy is a baby, you must reinforce the Paw-School training when you bring your new family member home. Country Pride DOES NOT guarantee the puppy will be completely housebroken at time of pick-up. This would be a rarity at such a young age with the puppy’s organs still developing. We offer these programs to give your new puppy the finest start possible.
